Yes, we only take a booking from a single party at a time, so you have exclusive use of the entire villa.

Yes, there is plenty of parking space onsite at the villa.

Boat trips, scuba diving, Cape Greco tours, excursions, water park.  The locality is full of things to do.

Please ask before you arrive if there are any particular activities you would like us to arrange.

We can arrange pickup and drop-off to airport.

The nearest beach is 700m away.  There are many blue flag, sandy beaches to choose from in the Protaras area.  

Yes, we provide high speed internet access to all areas.  Free of charge.

Yes, the Palace is cleaned daily by professional cleaners.

We can arrange whatever you wish.  Restaurant food can be arranged to be delivered, or we can arrange on-site catering.  These services are at extra charge.

Yes, all rooms have safe boxes. Free of charge.

Only in outdoor areas, as per the regulations.

The electricity supply in Cyprus and the sockets used are the same as in the United Kingdom (3-pin type): 240 volts, ac 50Hz. Sockets are 13A, square-pin. Adaptors available.

Yes.  There are irons, ironing boards, washing machines and drying facilities are all available onsite. An ironing service is also possible upon request.
